PTSD~ A Spiritual Battle
PTSD~ A Spiritual Battle
Find your peace in the Word of God and nothing will harm you.
Are you a victim of PTSD? Are you plagued by oppression, depression, suicidal thoughts, bi-polar, fear, or lack of peace and joy?
These symptoms are all spiritual battles. PTSD is a spiritual issue which leads to a soul problem and must be addressed with the Word of God, to battle against principalities, against powers, and spiritual wickedness in high places. You can enjoy success in your war for freedom and wholeness when you understand that the Word of God was meant for you to gain victory against all spiritual enemies. Then and only then, will you be free from bondage and on your way to freedom to enjoy a fruitful life. John 17:17. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth; Truth will bring you deliverance, but you have to accept that God’s Word is TRUE and make it personal. The conventional approach to treating PTSD is limited to psychotherapy, group counseling, and various medications. These methods are designed to address the soul (Mind, Will, and Emotions) in most cases, completely ignoring the root of the problem, which originates in the spirit. But only the Word of God can break the chains holding you captive in a soul filled with deception, darkness, and fury. All meant to draw you away from loved ones, family, friends, God, and a productive lifestyle. The Word of God coming into your heart, mind and acted upon, will set you completely free from oppression. Oppression comes from the spiritual realm, and only Truth which is the Word of God has the Power to redeem your freedom from all spiritual oppressors.
Colossians, Chapter 1 is a prayer that will be helpful for you to begin praying for yourself. Verse 9 reads: “We do not cease to pray for you and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding”. Paul was telling the Colossians that he prayed this prayer for them, and you and I can also pray it for ourselves. “Father, I ask you to fill me with the knowledge (insight) that You have about my life as Your child. That I will be able to see and understand what Jesus did for me at the Cross and what that means to my life today. I pray that You will also give me Your wisdom and spiritual understanding of the issue that I am dealing with so that I might see it through that Finished Work, in Jesus’ Name.” Amen.

I battled PTSD for decades. My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ healed me and called me to the Ministry of preaching, teaching, and healing. Jesus wants to heal you too.”
