Robert (Bob) Francis James III was called home to be with our Lord on September 27, 2023.

Born October 3, 1955 to the late Robert F James Jr and Macy V. James, Bob is survived by his wife of almost 30 years Karen James and his beloved dog, Scout.

Bob was a loving husband, a US Navy Veteran, and a Licensed Minister with Edge of Life Ministries. He was a board member of Remnant Generation Church, Co-Pastor, and Administrator with O.C.S. Ministries. He was a faithful servant of God, a tireless prayer warrior, and he also played a mean guitar. His legacy is one of faithfulness and love for the body of Christ, as well as a passion for the lost to know his Savior.

A funeral service to celebrate his life will be on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Twiford Memorial Chapel, 405 East Church St. Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
