Forgiving Ourselves

Let our healing begin,

“We are a new creation in Christ Jesus, therefore free from condemnation.”

Romans 8:1, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

When we fail to see ourselves as God’s Word sees us we deny the very sacrifice that Jesus made for us when He suffered and died on the cross as our propitiation. Don’t let this continue in your life another day, accept the free-gift of God and begin to see yourself as a new creation in Christ Jesus, whose past failures have been purchased with the precious Blood of Jesus! (Romans 12:9) “Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.” Our grip will be unstable if we don’t learn to hate evil.

Bring glory and honor to Jesus! Ask those you have hurt to forgive you and you forgive them. Now accept the Lord’s gift with great joy, and begin to see yourself as a new creation. Your past failures are “paid in full” by the great sacrifice that Christ made for you. Begin to see yourself the same way your Heavenly Father sees you! Forgive others and forgive yourself. That stronghold that keeps us in bondage must be broken. That incorrect thinking pattern needs to be torn down in our minds.

There is power in the spoken confession of God’s truth. Renew your mind according to the truth found in God’s Word.

2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

Experience your breakthrough in Christ and allow Him to transform you into a new creation, “A Child of God”.
