Beginning Of The Church Age
The church Age is marked by the Holy Spirit’s indwelling
of believers, those who have by faith accepted Jesus Christ
as Lord and Savior. (John 1:12.) But as many as received Him,
to them gave The power to become the sons of God, even to them
that believe on His name: The period of time from Pentecost (Acts 2:1-4)
to the rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Ergo, the Church are
(Born-Again BELIEVERS), not denominations or buildings. It is the Body of Christ,
of which Jesus is the head (Ephesians 1:22-23). Ecclessia Greek for (Church ~
“A called-out assembly.” Matthew 16:18. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter,
and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Acts 9:31. Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea
and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord,
and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.
Thus, the Church Age covers the period in which the Body of Christ (His Church) walks the earth.
